Non-Refundable Services
Digital Marketing Services: All digital marketing services, including SEO, content writing, social media marketing, and web design, are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Service Subscription Cancellation: Clients can cancel their subscriptions by providing written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
Dormant Projects Deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or remain dormant for more than 30 calendar days are non-refundable.
Special Occasion Offers Services offered on special occasions or as limited-time offers cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refund Eligibility
Initial Cancellation Period A full refund will be issued if you cancel our services within 4 days of making the payment. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
Service Renewal Cancellation To avoid charges for the next billing cycle, service renewal cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the start of the next billing cycle. Cancellations made after the billing cycle has started will be charged for the working hours spent on the project during that month.
Non-Usage of Services If you signed up for our services but did not utilize them, you are still required to pay the agreed-upon fees.
SEO Service Limitations
Algorithm Changes: We do not provide refunds if SEO rankings are affected by changes in search engine algorithms, policies, or functionality.
Incorrect Information: We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect information provided by clients. No refunds or guarantees will be offered in such cases.
Third-Party Engagement: We are not responsible for SEO results if the client engages with any other third-party SEO services.
Ranking Variability; Immediate changes in search rankings cannot be guaranteed. The frequency and ranking of a website appearing in search results can vary.
Content Changes: Adverse effects on rankings due to changes in website content by the client or a third-party provider hired by them are not our responsibility.
Ranking Guarantees: We do not guarantee top ten search rankings but will work diligently to achieve the best possible results for your business.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, contact us via email. Provide your invoice, proforma, or signed contract copies, along with the reason for your refund request. We will review your request and determine eligibility. If approved, the refund will be credited within 45 business days to the client’s business account.
